A note to express our appreciation for the timely completion of our order: The replacement of our cabinet inserts is complete and we still have all our extremities. In large part this was due to your efficient ordering system, your superior craftsmanship and your high level of customer service. Like most people we were a bit apprehensive about ordering leaded glass without actually seeing a sample of your work. However, your web site checked out and the BBB had nothing negative to say so we decided to take a chance and "give it a go". We are certainly glad we did so.

We were quite impressed with the ordering flow you have set up. As we followed the simple instructions we could immediately see how it was designed to help the customer avoid mistakes when submitting measurements. The process was detailed enough to to get exact results while simple enough for the average person. While filling out our order form we generated a peripheral question concerning the leading process which was quickly answered with a return phone call by Dennis who gave us a fascinating history in the production of the art form. An education and leaded glass too, what's not to like. The glass arrived on schedule in excellent condition - in no small part due to the well thought out packing process you have instituted. You could send your products to Mars and back and I doubt if you would have any breakage.

The finished inserts Leaded Glass Inserts #L-411-L were to our exact measurements and fit like a glove, which was no easy task considering they were slightly different in size. Also, we found the actual workmanship excellent, obviously done by someone who knew what they were about. The glass looked exactly as show on the screen which translates to even better in person.

We spent more time installing the inserts than we thought it would take. No fault of yours - it seems our old ones were installed with tons of silicone caulk. With the help of razor blades, mineral spirits and a rubber hammer as well as the information you provided on line and by E mail we completed the work with not destroying the existing frames and doors and with professional results. Overall, this was a fun project which added to the look and value of our home. Our thanks for your beautiful design, superior craftsmanship and first rate customer service.

I've been meaning to write you to tell you how GREAT the Leaded Glass Inserts L-408-L came out. No problem installing them, fit is perfect. But I especially wanted to thank you for suggesting the mirror in the back of the cabinet. That made such an incredible difference in how bright the cabinet looks inside, and it really shows off the glass and makes it sparkle where it might not have, so thanks a bunch!
